Compare the complete schedule, not just the headline monthly instalment.
01 / Buyer’s guide
A purchase schedule, not a mortgage

Documents still matter
A passport is an essential identity document, but it does not guarantee approval by itself. Developers, brokers and payment providers may request additional identification, financial information or evidence of the source of funds. Requirements depend on the transaction and applicable checks.

Build a realistic budget
Ask for a written schedule showing every instalment and all additional charges. Include exchange-rate exposure and a cash reserve for changes in timing. Read late-payment and cancellation clauses carefully, and do not assume a future mortgage or rental income will cover a final balance.
